stable concern. These visits are not substitutes for comprehensive
psychiatric evaluation or ongoing complex psychiatric care.

health concern that can reasonably be addressed within a brief
appointment.
Please review eligibility carefully.
The limited-scope program is not appropriate for diagnostic
clarification, multiple psychiatric concerns, significant medication
changes, unstable symptoms, controlled-substance requests, or complex
treatment planning. Patients who need broader care should select the
comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.
QbCheck is a computerized assessment that measures activity,
attention, and impulse-control patterns. It may provide objective
information to support a broader ADHD evaluation.
