Hangover IV therapy delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and medications directly into your bloodstream to help your body recover from the effects of alcohol. Instead of relying only on water, food, and over-the-counter medications, a hangover recovery IV bypasses the digestive system and provides direct hydration support.

Alcohol can contribute to dehydration, electrolyte loss, stomach irritation, poor sleep quality, inflammation, and vitamin depletion. These effects can contribute to headache, nausea, fatigue, brain fog, and body aches.

A Revive IV addresses recovery from multiple angles by supporting hydration, replenishing selected vitamins and minerals, and providing anti-nausea medication when clinically appropriate.

Important safety note: Revive IV therapy does not reduce blood alcohol concentration, reverse intoxication, or make it safe to drive. It is not a treatment for alcohol poisoning, alcohol withdrawal, or alcohol use disorder. If someone is confused, unconscious, breathing slowly, vomiting while unconscious, having seizures, or showing signs of alcohol poisoning, call 911 immediately.
Formula

What's Inside Our Revive IV?

Our Revive IV is designed to support hydration and nutritional replenishment after alcohol-related fluid loss. The clinician-directed formulation includes IV fluids with selected vitamins and minerals, with anti-nausea medication available when clinically appropriate. Each treatment is provided after clinical screening and individualized review.

IV Fluids

Sterile IV fluid provides hydration and serves as the base for the clinician-directed infusion.

B-Complex Vitamins

A blend of B vitamins provides nutritional support for normal energy metabolism and overall wellness.

Mineral Support

Selected minerals are included to support hydration, nutritional replenishment, and overall wellness.

Ondansetron, When Appropriate

A prescription anti-nausea medication may be included when clinically appropriate following medical screening and provider review.

Exact ingredients and dosing may vary based on the individualized treatment order, clinical screening, product availability, and medical appropriateness.

Revive IV therapy is not right for everyone. Medical screening is required before treatment.

Heart failure or fluid restrictions

IV fluids may worsen fluid overload in people with certain heart conditions.

Kidney disease

Reduced kidney function may affect fluid, electrolyte, and mineral handling.

Severe liver disease

Medication processing and fluid balance may be affected in severe liver impairment.

QT prolongation or rhythm disorders

Ondansetron may not be appropriate for people with certain heart rhythm risks.

Medication interactions

Some medications, including serotonergic drugs, may require extra caution.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Hangover IV Therapy

How quickly will I feel better?

Some people notice improvement during the infusion, especially nausea relief. Many feel better within one to two hours, but results vary based on hydration status, sleep, alcohol intake, and overall health.

When should I come in for a Revive IV?

Most people seek care the morning after drinking, typically within 12 to 24 hours of symptom onset.

Does it hurt?

You may feel a brief pinch when the IV is placed. After that, most people feel little to no discomfort.

Is this the same as what they give you in the ER?

Some components are similar, such as saline for dehydration and ondansetron for nausea. However, Revive IV therapy is elective outpatient care and is not a substitute for emergency medical treatment.

Will this cure my hangover completely?

No treatment can guarantee complete symptom resolution. Revive IV therapy supports hydration, nausea relief, and nutrient replenishment, but rest, food, and time are still important.

How is Revive IV different from Hydration IV?

Revive IV includes hangover-focused ingredients, including anti-nausea medication when appropriate. Standard Hydration IV is generally focused on fluids and wellness hydration support.

How is this different from Myers' Cocktail?

Myers' Cocktail is a broader wellness infusion. Revive IV is specifically formulated for morning-after recovery support and includes anti-nausea medication.

Can I get a Revive IV if I'm still drunk?

No. Revive IV is for hangover recovery, not active intoxication. If alcohol poisoning is possible, call 911.

Is hangover IV therapy safe?

It is generally safe for many healthy adults when administered by trained professionals after screening. Certain heart, kidney, liver, medication, or pregnancy-related factors may make treatment inappropriate.

Is this covered by insurance?

Hangover IV therapy is an elective wellness service and is typically not covered by insurance.

Do you offer group bookings?

Group bookings may be available. Contact the clinic for scheduling and current group options.
